1. Overview

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions and a return authorization if applicable

Do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
